Ericsson Field and Engineering ????? ????? (EFES) delivers end to end rollout of major telecommunication projects and provides ongoing managed services to a wide variety of carriers.

Reporting to the Head of EFES your focus will be to ensure that the network deployment and integration services meet the standard of our clients and regulations. This is a National lead role and you will be responsible for the management and implementation of the ASP Mentor Training Program.

Contributing to the quality you will ensure the projects goals are achieved and performance operationally meets the stakeholder's requirements. Other key functions of the role include.

- Monitor ASP and alliance partner internal quality standards audit processes.
- Monitor delivery of Mentor training program to our partners.
- Maintain up to date accreditation.
- Escalate any quality issues to the relevant stakeholder.
- Interface to customer for all project quality issues.

To be considered for these position applicants are required to have a minimum of five years experience in a technical / Telco environment or construction. You will have strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead projects and exceptional stakeholder management ability. In addition key requirements include:

- Strong understanding and In depth knowledge of AS9001
- Concern for order and quality
- QASIS and ASP Mentor Program knowledge
- Project Management
- Ability for innovation
