This leading organisation in its field is currently seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join this busy and diverse project team on a fixed term contract basis.

A varied role that will see you involved in the analysis of systems and processes process, gathering ????? ????? requirements for system enhancements and process re-engineering.

You will also be responsible for:

• Assist the successful delivery of Business, Change and IT projects
• Process and system analysis, gathering ????? ????? of requirements (business and process improvement implementation)
• Build relationships and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders - both internal and external
• Procedure documentation/manuals, User Acceptance testing and the management of training strategy at implementation
• Continuous improvement initiatives
• • Conduct workshops with key stakeholders and present data in a meaningful and effective way

To be excel in this role you will have:

• Outstanding communication and engagement skills
• Passionate about continuous improvement at an operational level to ensure effective and efficient running of the business
• Financial industry experience highly looked upon
• Highly developed computer skills - MS Suite including Excel, MS Access and Visio
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Strong relationship building ability and effective negotiation skills
