Senior / Lead SAP HCM

 

This unique company specializing in of HCM solutions have a number of ongoing projects and seek the skills of a talented project managers with strong SAP HCM solutions experience.

The successful candidate is an experienced Project Manager preferably with experience implementing large scale Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Solutions end to end.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a minimum of 5-8 years Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence project experience.

Role:

• Act as a technical advisor and problem solver to clients
• Assist the client in optimizing the use of the software/product to define,
• build and deploy the Sap HCM Solution
• Maintain status reports for Senior Management
• Assist with project planning
• Assist in issue resolution and risk mitigation.

The role demands:

• Solid Project management experience and a background in the SAP HCM suite
• Strong Analytical skills and problem solving skills,
• The capacity to deliver quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbalinterpersonal, consultation and stakeholder management skills.
