Post implementation now means they need to hire a key support professional with the following expertise: Oracle CC&B technical support CC&B Web Services, Batch and Batch Interfaces Oracle Application Server 10g Oracle Identity Management and Single Sign On Server Unix scripting SQLPLUS, Stored Procedures Incident & Problem Management (Triage, level 1/2/3 support, diagnosis, resolution, root cause) This high profile role will play a key part within this new team providing technical SME across CC&B and continuous improvement to this new solution.
