Our client is looking for a talented, self-directed Network Engineers with the knowledge and skills to work across a broad range of network and operations topics including the integration of third party products into the customer's managed services client's network or application.

Key Responsibilities -

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot any technical issues during ????? ????? of specific services or network types
• Work closely with the local team
• Participate in project task scheduling activities
• Provide status reports on tasks accomplished, current issues, progress towards goals, to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
• Use lab equipment and resources to attempt to recreate client incidents and undertake fault simulation

Skills and Experience required to successfully do this -

• 3+yearshands on NE experience
• Strong Carrier network experience
• Extensive knowledge of multi vendor network configurations
• Demonstrated ability to upskill technical knowledge: Industry / Vendor certifications such as: CCNP, CCIE, CCVP or CCIP - highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical and business requirements to key stakeholders
