  • The Client

    My client is a well established IT Service Provider who are enjoying a sustained period of growth at this moment in time due to their unique service offering ????? ????? class employees. They are now in a position to add a Network Engineer to the existing Support team who will be responsible for the smooth running and ongoing support of their customers Networking Infrastructure.

    The Role

    Around 40-60% of your week will be spent in the field, visiting client sites and ensuring ????? ????? running of their Networks. On top of this, you will have the chance to help out on large scale projects and work with some of the best minds in the business. There is an on-call ????? ????? this position, which shall see you reimbursed for your hard work anddisturbancesaccordingly.

    Working in the Support team, consisting of 10 people highly skilled in their respective areas, you will be one of the go to guys for issues surrounding Routing, Switching and IP Telephony. I need someone with a can do and never say never attitude who is both technically and interpersonally skilled. In your career to date, you will be experienced in a customer facing role and have attained some industry certifications.

    The Skills

    • 3-5 years industry experience and ideally some customer facing experience.
    • Strong routing & switching skills and exposure to various environments and technologies.
    • Excellent skills in IP Telephony (Lync if possible or HP VCX)
    • Experience using Wireshark across various Operatin Systems.
    • Strong communication skills, a peoples person.
    • At least 1 current industry certification (CCNA, WCNA, MCST, etc.)
