Our client is a major player in the utilities sector and they require your services as a Service Delivery Analyst to ensure the effective delivery of infrastructure services as well as assist the Service Delivery Manager with supplier management of selected suppliers.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive operational excellence across all contributing service providers to deliver high levels of service and availability of infrastructure.
• Coordinate activities across all relevant service providers to manage support of the various personal, server & network services.
• Champion delivery of Service Delivery process and procedures
• Own delivery of minor infrastructure project activities.
• Ensure PCs, printers, phones and PABX are properly managed.
• Ensure security standards are enforced across the business, including ownership of physical security at all sites.
• Manage service providers to ensure they have appropriate security functions in place.
• Be on-call ????? ????? and escalation point for infrastructure service outages.
Skills and experience required:
- ITIL Certification
- Proven experience in Information Technology industry
- Experience in the design and implementation of short and long term strategic plans
- High degree of familiarity with industry trends and technology evolution.
- Business orientated thought leadership.
