A leader in the entertainment industry, our client has an opening for a Project Manager to deliver programmes of work to the organisation and ensure they are executed on time and within budget to ensure best business/customer outcomes.

They require a Project Manager with strong experience interfacing with changes to complex technical legacy systems. You must be flexible and able to work in a fairly unstructured environment, while applying solid Project Management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of business cases and approval for projects.
• Initiate project plans to ensure required scope and deliverables understood by all stakeholders and internal resources.
• Manage resource requirements for current and upcoming projects.
• Manage project schedules and budget through day to day management of costs, issues, risk, change and communication.
• Ensure the correct governance structure, standards and documentation is established and adhered too.
• Resource management including teams from the business, IT, consultants and vendors to achieve optimal input and outcome - mentoring ????? ?????.

Skills and experience required:

• Formal Certifications - PMP, PRINCE 2, AIPM accreditation and/or Tertiary qualifications in Project Management essential!
• 5+ years experience in managing application oriented projects with an understanding of infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong management and influential skills - External parties/vendors, governance bodies etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
