BI/IM Practice Manager Award Winning BI/IM Consultancy Excellent Prospects Highly Competitive Package The Practice Manager's focus is to lead the consulting team as they work with customers to successfully deploy, use and adopt on-demand solutions. The Practice Manager plays an instrumental role in determining the client's experience; therefore, it is critical to build strong relationships with senior client executives and to ensure 100% customer satisfaction through all phases of the service delivery life cycle. As a primary face to our prospects and clients, the Practice Manager plays a key role in determining the success of our engagements, through initial and ongoing communication and expectation management. A successful candidate will have the ability to think quickly under pressure and to motivate, engage and lead the consulting team to produce the best possible results. Additional responsibilities include developing and employing best practices that will contribute to successful client engagements. Required Skills/Experience: Experience developing a Practice from scratch. At least 15 years of experience in BI/IM domain. Outstanding management and leadership skills necessary to develop, manage and retain a highly skilled, professional and accountable consulting team Background and track record as a highly successful and respected project manager Proven experience with pre-sales in a solution-selling environment Ability to work collaboratively with a direct sales team Ability to define project scope, write tightly defined Statements of Work and accurately estimate the associated level of effort Team player with strong communication, presentation, negotiation and organisation skills Excellent analysis and problem solving skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies Building lasting strategic relationships with influencers and partner companies that grow presence in the new market sets.
