2nd/3rd Level Support Engineer

 

  • 3 Month Contract

  • Melbourne CBD

  • Competitve Hourly rates.
  • The computing environment is based on Windows Operating System intergrating Microsoft servers over a TCP/IP network.

    Key tasks

    • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware / software problems on systems and other supported hardware (phones/Mobile devices/projectors etc

      Perform consistent follow up with user to ensure complete resolution and user satisfaction.

      Help maintain accurate inventory database, repair log and activity log

      Build and deploy notebooks and desktop computers

      Support audio -visual equipment

      Use active directory for creating user accounts.

      Monitor back - ups and periodically test restoring ????? ????? data

    Essential

    2-3 years technical SUPPORT experience in Microsoft environment

    Intermediate skills in troubleshooting VPN remote access

    The ability to work as a team

    Strong time management and prioritizing skills
