Helpdesk Support - contract

 



  • Upcoming contract – potential 6 months

We currently have an upcoming opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join this growing organisation.

This position will see you support internal users, providing 1st level helpdesk support for PC hardware and software issues. You will be supporting a large internal user base via phone and e-mail. You will also be required to liaise with vendors and external consultants.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office and Windows platform
  • Day-to-day administration of directory, security, and email systems (add/remove/modify user configurations)
  • Installation, troubleshooting and support of all desktop operating systems, corporate applications, hardware (including printers).

In addition, any previous experience working within an ITIL environment and qualifications would be highly desirable.
