8 Hour Shifts - 7am to 7pm.

12 Month Fixed-Term Permenant Role

A leading commercial Law firm is currently looking for a full time employee to join their Technical Support team for an initial 12 Months. Focused mainly on the Australian and Asia markets, they put their success as a business down to the outstanding talent of their employees as well as their commitment to career development.

The focus of this particular role is to provide high quality technical support to all their staff. You will be the first contact for any internal staff enquiries/problems within technology, over the phone and face to face.

Essential Skills:

• Circa 2 Years experience in a similar role within a legal environment
• Proven ability to clarify, prioritise and resolve technical issues in a windows environment (exposure to Windows 7 would be highly desired)
• Troubleshooting skills for supporting remote users.
• Understanding of network topology
• Attainment of or progression towards ITIL Certification

About the Role:

• Taking first line calls from customers with enquiries or problems
• Providing application support – Document Formatting for Word/Powerpoint/Excel etc.
• Installing applications and hardware and ensuring ????? ?????% functionality
• Ensuring ????? ????? / carrying out effective cable management
• Performing high level of in-depth troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner
• Effectively escalating issues where appropriate
