Our partner client is a highly dynamic and very successful software consulting organization in Australia. One of the key areas of growth for them has been in their in-house development team who are developing market leading Java based applications for their key customers in Australia. Now is an exciting time for a switched-on recent Graduate or Junior Java developer to come on board.

Working as part of a highly technical team, you will be:
- Working through the full software development lifecycle using Java technologies
- Hands-on programming,testing and supporting/maintaining suite of applications
- Support more Sr developers to troubleshoot any technical issues
- Assist in any technical documentation as required

To be successful, you will have:
- Recent IT tertiary graduate with strong Java coding/programming skills or 6-12 months commercial Java experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- High level of initiative and a "can do" attitude
- Have full and current work rights in Australia as this is a full time permanent position
