Business Development – Education Sector We are seeking a Business Development Executive with strong drive, interpersonal skills and a zest for elevating and promoting the pedagogy of learning. The role will promote exciting technologies that comprise the market leading Audience Response System (TurningPoint), Interactive White Board solutions (eBeam), Data-loggers for science (Fourier), Display Products (Epson, Samsung...) plus other technology components to the Education Sector. Keepad Interactive, part of an Australian owned international group, specialises in the Sales and Hire of leading Interactive Technologies for the education & commercial markets. Keepad operates both directly and via partners throughout the Australasian, Asia Pacific, South African and European regions. The role will be based in our Brisbane office, located in Loganholme. The role will suit an individual with a passion for introducing new and innovative technology and engagement solutions that sets the benchmark in interactive Teaching & Training. Won’t it be nice to enjoy going to work and to amaze clients with the advances in new affordable interactive technologies. The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, both written and spoken, and have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint®. Expertise in multimedia skills would also be an advantage, as would an understanding of the Education Sector. To be successful in this role you must possess the following key attributes: A proven sales track record as a professional sales person Desire to promote more effective learning technologies Qualifications or experience in Teaching / Training Strong presentation & MS PowerPoint skills Personable nature and a team player Excellent presentation and follow up skills Sound computer skills and a passion for technology Ability to develop, maintain, strengthen and leverage relationships with clients Excellent written and verbal communications skills Enthusiastic professional self-starter An attractive and rewarding remuneration package, inclusive of a performance based incentive scheme, will be negotiated with the right candidate.
