Project Manager

Work with a successful software development company
An experienced Project Manager sought to join this successful software development company.
This role as Project Manager will see you responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of multiple software based projects, for a variety of different clients. Projects will include new software implementations, software upgrades and customisations to existing software.
As Project Manager, you will work with the internal IT team (such as Business Analysts, Developers and Testers) to mange and deliver client projects end to end. Other duties will include:
Analysing customer requirements
Identify project issues and risks
Developing project proposals, project plans and project schedules
Managing budgets
Ensuring ????? ????? the project at every step (including overseeing development and testing activities)
To be considered for this position as Project Manager, you must have:
Solid experience working as a Project Manager for a software development company, managing software related projects on client sites
Solid experience overseeing technical IT teams
You will also need to enjoy working in a customer facing role
You will have strong negotiation, key stakeholder and people management skills. You will thrive in a results- based environment where you not only hold accountability for the delivery of complex projects but also for the management and development of key stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication skills and a track-record in gaining the confidence of business stakeholders required. You will also understand risks/issue management and thrive working in dynamic and fast paced environment.
Previous experience working in a similar role together with relevant IT certifications (such as PMBOK or Prince) highly regarded.
