Granite Consulting have an immediate requirement for a knowledgeable Business Analyst for a project evaluating HR systems.

Our client are an iconic organisation whose work positively affects the lives of thousands of people every day and this role would provide the opportunity for you to contribute to their valuable success.

We are looking for someone who has extensive business and technical understanding gained from working in complex businesses where you have utilised advanced BA methods and have knowledge of Software Development and Project Management principles and lifecycles, combined with comprehensive Process Modelling, GAP Analysis, UML, Document Design, Data Analysis inc SQL and User Requirement gathering. Knowledge of HR systems is clearly a benefit, although not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills, written and spoken are a prerequisite.

Additional understanding which would be beneficial includes Procurement and Tendering, ITIL, Agile, Continuous Improvement and Quality Control such as GMP / TGA.
