    In Australia and New Zealand our hardware, software and services are used by many of Asia-Pacific biggest telecommunications carriersincluding NBN, Telstra andVodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA).

    A 3-month contract opportunity now exists for a Team Coordinator to join our Radio Network Design & Optimisation team within Ericsson's RAN Competence Domain.

    Based across both Melbourne and Sydney, this team delivers professional services across the complete set of radio related services portfolio. This includes requirements analysis, planning, dimensioning, high level and detailed design, initial tuning and optimization, through to testing and acceptance.

    Key responsibilities for this position include:
    • Assisting in scheduling the resources (driver/drive tester) for drive tests on Cluster/Network/Soft Launchdrive
    • Assisting in arranging flights, accommodation and transportation
    • Assisting in approving timesheets & handling OH&S issues
    • Maintaining the Network Tracker for Cluster readiness
    • Communications with responsible teams for any issues found
    • Creation and maintenance of Cell file for Drive test team

    The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
      Ability to multitask and juggle conflicting priorities
      Strong organisational skills, e.g. database management
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Keen willingness to learn and absorb new information quickly
    • Experience with TEMS or Mapinfo software advantageous but not essential

    The position is based in our ANZA head office in Docklands, Melbourne. Applicants must have current Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
