In the role of Specialist - Mine Management you will direct and support the functional delivery and operational use of MM&C systems. You will be primary point of contact for all MM&C Operational teams across RTCA operations in relation to the Mine Management (Modular Dispatch) software application. Maintaining strong working relationships with site based operational leaders and RTCA Asset Management staff, this is a role with business wide delivery level impact on a variety of improvement initiatives. Your ability to gather and translate customer requirements into functional recommendations will be key to overall success.

As the chosen candidate you will have demonstrated experience and strong level of operational knowledge of mine fleet dispatching and optimisation Proactive and reactive - high level data gathering ????? ????? requirements to drive operational improvement, system health, QA and risk assessment are crucial. This role will be liaising directly with the MMC function on operating sites and assisting business improvement deep dives, system health checks and assessments. You will support, lead and facilitate competency assessments according to the RTCA MMC training framework. The development of user guides and training material will support the ongoing need to maintain the required skills in the business. Standard use of applications and RTCA wide common process and reporting will be your challenge and long term goal. Periodic travel to all sites will be required.
