    As the HR Systems and Projects Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a team that fosters a friendly, professional and dynamic working environment, whilst building on your existing skills as a systems specialist.

    This role provides a unique opportunity to develop systems and processes through key business improvement projects and initiatives.
    The Human Resources team is seeking an enthusiastic and technology savvy individual to be part of a high performing team. This position will be responsible for providing quality HR project and reporting support across a range of HR processes and systems. The role will also include the provision of HR analysis and HR website updates as needed.

    Skills and experience
    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines. In addition, you will also need to demonstrate:

    • Advanced web programming, database administration and (web based) development skillsusing MySQL, SQL, PL/SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
    • Working knowledge of workforce planning, HRM information systems, performance management processes, and remuneration systems
    • Exposure/understanding of Alesco and/or Discoverer
