Due to a current shortage of candidates in the helpdesk and desktop support areas, we are currently on the look out for highly skilled individuals. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications, have strong customer service skills as well as a good understanding of Microsoft environments including Windows 7 roll out, Office and Active Directory. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a similar role, solid desktop/laptop hardware and printers support knowledge, experience in troubleshooting, installations and successfully completing major independent tasks.
