Skilled Desktop Support Officer Gold Coast Location Project Environment 4 Month Contract As a key project for this Gold Coast employer ramps up, we are keenly seeking a skilled Desktop Support Officer for a 4 months contract.As an integral part of the Voice services Project, you will be required to provide problem resolution and support, by proactively managing support requests that are generated via the Help Desk. You will also be required to assist in the installation and upgrading of the organisations hardware and software. As a Desktop Support Officer, you will be enthusiastic, patient, and knowledgeable in all areas of ICT Infrastructure. Ideally, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications such as MCP or CNA. Extensive hands on experience in a similar role will also be required.
