An opportunity exists for an experienced OCM Analyst to join one of the Gold Coast’s recognised Employers of Choice. Within this role you will be able to utilise your skills and experience in organisational change management within an IT project based environment.

As an experienced OCM Analyst, you will be able to demonstrate the following experience and qualifications;

- 5 years + experience with OCM processes and activities
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strategy & plan development experience
- Training design & delivery experience
- Ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience within an IT project based environment
- Qualifications relating to Change management (HR, Psych, PM, Training or similar)
