  • Our client is seeking a professional with extensive experience as a Program Office Manager, coming from a Senior Project Manager background, working on large IT implementation programs.

    You will develop best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, project management, on-going milestone/deliverable tracking, communication and key performance metrics. You will identify and resolve issues and conflicts within and between various project teams and review budgets and risks, oversee the SDLC and effectively communicate and manage project expectations to project managers, team members and clients in a clear and concise fashion.

    The Program Office Manager is an executive role responsible for establishing, maintaining, and operating the project management environment within which the Program executes and delivers. This role is crucial to the planning, organising, control and leadership of the Program across schedule, budgetary, business case and quality dimensions.

    You will work with the Leadership team to identify (and resolve) issues and risks, and escalate these where necessary. Significant knowledge of project management and project office methodologies will see you succeed in this role. You will have extensive experience in a leadership and/or advisory capacity at a senior level, have sustained involvement in projects and programs of work, including directly managing programs or projects, and possess previous experience in establishing or significantly changing a program, program or project office function
