Granite Consulting have an immediate requirement for an experienced permanent Test Manager for a large utilities organisation based in the Eastern Suburbs.

We are looking for someone to manage all internal testing activities while also playing a key role in:

• Devising future test strategies across the entire SDLC
• Controlling test environments
• Internal test resource training
• Implementing a testing tool suite
• Building an internal test competency centre
• Budget and ROI Management

You will have several years Test Management experience overseeing teams of 5-15 people including permanent staff and contractors. You should also be comfortable liaising with third parties and have significant Project Management knowledge.

As a Senior Manager it is imperative that you have excellent attention to detail, analytical and communication skills (written, spoken, presentation), decision making, problem solving and quality standards compliance control.

This position has a package of $(??) ???? ????k + 15% annual bonus and the option to package in a car.
