Operating across Australia and New Zealand, this specialist services organisation has recently outsourced information technology. Due to this, an experienced Service Delivery professional is required to manage vendors across server, networking and telephony technologies.

Ideally from an infrastructure background, your responsibilities will not only cover vendor management, but also owning asset management, invoicing and purchasing. Liaising with internal stakeholders to determine requirements, you will assist vendors in understanding the unique business requirement for this organisation. ITIL certifications would be useful, but not essential in this position, whilst a background ensuring ????? ????? meeting agreements under strict contracts would be highly beneficial.
