My client, a national leader in their field and part of a large global corporation, currently require an IT systems support engineer to join their technical support team based in the Eastern suburbs.

This client run a large and well developed infrastructure that is a homogenous Windows offering, utilising Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Exchange 2010 and Active Directory and Windows 7 desktops. The network and servers are managed by a third party so this role will enable you to dedicate your efforts to solving problems that the large (200+) user base present.

In addition to providing Level 1 and 2 support in a reactive fashion, you‘ll be expected to perform a number of system administrator type duties such as the daily and weekly backup procedure, network and resource monitoring ????? ????? health-checks.

The company are headquartered in the Eastern suburbs and the vast majority of their users are based there, however there are also a number of satellite offices across the country and you‘ll be supporting those remotely.
