Service Desk Technician

  • Due to recent entry to the Darwin market this established organisation is seeking two customer focused Service Desk Technician.

    In this internal customer facing role you will be the interface between the business and IT department. Using your solid customer service skills you will assist and rectify any IT issues, logging those which require specialised IT advice. You will also ensure that any problems logged have been followed up to ensure they have been resolved.

    You will ideally have some IT support experience coupled with exceptional customer service and time management skills. You will have proven problem solving skills and a desire to learn in order to develop your career.

    This is a full time permanent role requiring ????? ????? work some weekends. Training and a central office location is on offer. Interviews will ideally take place with this client on Friday.
