The Opportunity
eSolutions is currentlyseeking to appoint a suitably qualified Windows Systems Engineer to join the SOE Operations team within Desktop Solutions.
As the Windows Systems Engineeryou willprovideoperational support for the core services that support the desktop operating system environments, consisting of Microsoft file, print, management and mobility services, and will escalate all issues to the SOE Operations Team Leader.
Ideally the successful candidates will have 5-7 years of relevant IT support experience along withsound technical knowledge. If you are team focused, have provenanalytical and problem solving skills andexcellent customer service skills together witha "can do" attitude, we would love to hear from you!
This role isa full-time position; however flexible working arrangement may be negotiated.
