Telstra are currently recruiting for two Network Managers in our Infrastructure group. With team management and decision making responsibilities, these varied and vital roles won't be available for long.
Based in Clayton, you will be responsible for a technical team who deliver level 3 operational Network Mobile support. You will be building relationships with stakeholders and ensure the productivity levels are kept at a high standard. You will be overseeing compliance, improving efficiency and effectiveness and coaching your team. In this highly accountable position, there will be an expectation to be available 24/7 as you are responsible for any issues that may occur with the Network.
To be considered for either of these excellent opportunities, you will have experience in managing a team of technical people at various levels as well as previous exposure to Mobile Networks with Ericsson technologies preferred. Experience in Activation, Mobile Core or change management and a good understanding of the ITIL framework would be an advantage.
