The Opportunity
Desktop Management Services is responsible for the architecture, development, delivery and operational support of the University's desktop standard operating environment, consisting of Microsoft desktop and laptop workstations, and Apple OSX desktop and laptops.
We are currentlyseeking a suitably qualified SOE Support Officerto provide first-stage, level three support of desktop related issues to desktop support staff residing in the University's various service centres. In this role youwill triage and coordinate the resolution of all incidents and requests received by Desktop Solutions.
To besuccessfulyou will have 3-5 years of relevant IT support experiencewithsound technical knowledge. Proven analytical and problem solving skills and excellent customer service skillstogether with a "can do" attitude will be essential for this role.
The role is afull-time position; however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
