The following criteria wll apply to the position: Must have: - Excellent communication skills - Bachelors or masters in Electronic or Computer Hardware/Software Engineering - More than 5 years hands on experience in design and programming of microprocessor/microcontroller based hardware - Expert in embedded programming using C, C++ - Fluent in software programming using Microsoft Visual Studio Having the following special skills would be advantageous: - Skills in serial communication protocols - Good understanding of communication ports - Experience in embedded Linux programming and development - Experience in the design and development of Electricity power meter - Experience and full understanding of EMC/EMI design consideration - Skilful in design of PCB design using Protel and Altium Designer - Experience in developing embedded systems using ARM - Skills in design of analogue circuits
