Service Delivery Engineer

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Avaya telephony engineer to join our Technical Support team.

    Key responsibilities of the role would involve,

    Attend to client requests logged by phone, web and/or E mail.
    Carry out troubleshooting for any faults logged by the customers.
    Work with the customers and ensure successful fault resolution.
    Liaise with Avaya or any other vendor for escalations.
    Carry out basic MACs (moves, add and changes) on customers equipment.
    Participate in the after hours paging roster.
    Ensure high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
