A prominent position has become available in theirACT headquarters for a seasoned Client Engagement Manager to engage withtheir largest customers, guiding the delivery of client services within a defined base of customers and seeking new services business opportunities with these clients.We need an inspired Service RelationshipManager with exposure to Tier 1 customer IT Services engagements to take on this challenging yet rewarding position. Government and Commercial customers.

    Acting in tandem with the Account Manager and engaging with Executive client stakeholders on services related business within the account, your role will maintain the daily Managed Services function and will be responsible for Professional Services orders, revenue, profit, engagement planning, execution, qualityand client satisfaction. This unique opportunity will forge strong relationships with relevant departmental Directors across multiple divisions within the accounts and influence various client engaging divisions within your employer to achieve outcomes. You will work with these executives collectively, building a vision for the services offering ????? ????? yourself in the accounts strategic direction relating to achievable outcomes through your offering. You will have at your disposal an unparallel team of technical and commercial professionals to bring ????? ????? stages of engagement, relying on their vast industry and solutions knowledge to tailor elegant technical solutions to assist customers in maintaining cutting edge data environments whilst gaining new business initiatives for your employer. To be considered for this role, you possess the following attributes:

    • Sound understanding of business IT and technology managed services issues facing Enterprise level businesses
    • Hands-on experience in multiple business desciplines including Consulting Services, Business Operations, Project Management, IT Infrastructure and Software Development, Sales and Marketing with a proven record of successes
    • Proven ability to engage with customers to achieve services revenue and profit increases
    • Ability to operate at all levels within the Customers organisation, especially with key decision makers (Executive)
    • Experience in Managed Services or Outsourcing and Contract Management
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science (or equivalent education, knowledge and/or experience as determined by us)
    • Experience delivering ????? ????? Government and Corporate clients.
