To be successful in this position your skills and experience will focus on the following tasks and outcomes.

• Organise the development effort of a system solution;
• Undertake, individually or as a member of a team, research, analysis, development and project work in relation to business requirements and plans;
• Assist with proposals, reports and recommendations, and provide suggestions and solution designs for management on emerging trends and other issues affecting application performance and functionalities;
• contribute to the identification, development and evaluation of strategies that will promote the client's objectives.
• Demonstrated analytical ability, including capacity to investigate and provide sound advice and support on range of architectural and design issues in a technical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design and development effort using latest Microsoft toolkits, for example: Visual Studio 2005, 2008 and 2010 development environments.
