Working in Canberra, this role is responsible for thedesign and architecture of large-scale IP networks. Involved in providing technical expertise and in depthdesign, this role will find you responsible for designing the foundations of large scale complex networks, and being proactive in creating robust and scalable networks on a large scale. To secure this role, you should have a strong technical background in network design, architecture and consulting including: Functional architecture, particularly with networks that carry IP applications; OSPF, MPLS, VPLS, LAN, WAN and MAN; QoS; Multiple vendors: Cisco, Juniper,Nortel; VoIP / IPTel; and Multiple platforms including virtualisation, servers, and databases.
