One of Australia's leading IT solutions companies have an immediate permanent requirement for a Wintel Team Leader to join their highly talented team in Canberra.

You will have responsibility for operational staff management along with the support and maintenance of clients Wintel infrastructure. As an experienced member of the team you will be expected to work closely with peers during ????? ????? and act as a mentor for more junior staff and will also be required to work on project assignments. You should be capable of working with minimal supervision and building relationships with peers and management.

We are seeking a candidate who has experience in a team leadership role, have a technical support background and come from a client facing or customer focused environment.
An excellent working knowledge of and experience in Active Directory, Windows 2003/2008 Server, Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010, VMWare ESX Server and Citrix Presentation / Xen Server Systems. This position is ideal for those who have been in a Senior Wintel role and mentored or lead junior members within a team. Australian citizenship is essential as is a current NV1 security clearance.
