APAC IT Manager

Trek is the world leader in bicycle products, components and accessories with approximately 1,800 employees worldwide. We supply bikes, parts and accessories to independent bicycle retailers throughout the world and we are currently seeking an Asia Pacific (APAC) IT Manager to join our busy and motivated team in Canberra, Australia.

Reporting to the APAC Subsidiaries Director and Global ERP Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:

- To serve as the primary APAC point of contact for IT application initiatives.
- To manage all APAC IT projects and coordinate resources.
- Provide training and develop skills of APAC staff on Global operations and JDE functionality
- Provide JDE first line support for all APAC facilities and users.
- Define user requirements and provide JDE application validation, implementation, training, and support.
- Identify common ground in Global operations and participate in the consolidated improvement of all business processes.
- Evaluate, plan and participate in the implementation of APAC JDE systems requiring ????? ?????, bolt-ons and additional modules.
- Lead weekly APAC wide Steering ????? ????? partner with the senior management of the region.

Minimum of 10 years of total hands-on JDE Oneworld experience in a global environment. Implementation experience is a plus. JDE Oneworld 9.0 release and XE experience is a plus.

Project management experience is essential as is process analysis.

Frequent travel to Asia is required as is occasional travel to US operations. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively throughout Asia. Asia language skillset is a plus.

You should be used to multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment.
