The successful applicant will be responsible for

• Maintaining and maturing ????? ?????, Configuration and Service Level Management capabilities, and supporting processes.
• Be the process owner of Change Management and Configuration Management Processes.
• The development of the Service Catalogue and contribute to the ICT Sustainability initiative.

To be successful in this position your skills and experience will focus on the following tasks and outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to establish, document and maintain IT Service Management processes in support of business objectives.
• Proven ability to perform ITIL based Change and Configuration Management duties, whilst supporting an ITSM tool set.
• Demonstrated ability to produce strategic reporting leading to corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
