Service Desk Operator

  • This CBD located boutique Federal Government Agency has an urgent requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join the 24x7 support team on an initial 3 month contract to ensure the operational safety of the agency‘s systems.

    The role will involve monitoring ????? ????? initial triage and first point diagnosis of faults while accurately logging all calls and issues. You will report directly to the Service Desk Manager and may be called upon to work nights or weekends.

    To be considered for this role you must have previous experience on a Service or Help desk preferably within Government or a large Private enterprise. You must have great customer service skills and a strong work ethic. Well developed communication skills also a must.
