This boutique Federal Government Agency is urgently seeking a new staff member at the APS 5 level for an initial 6 months with high possibility of extension to fill a position to undertake general IT duties that would include travel to the Gold Coast to support a conference.

The successful candidate will be involved in running a small network at the conference, be conversant with Microsoft Office software, be familiar with SQL database and would also provide IT support to the small office. Duties would include providing day to day support for IT issues and hardware/software maintenance.

To be considered for this role you must have good working knowledge of IT hardware and well developed skills in communication and problem solving. The client is looking for an ‘IT all-rounder‘ with generic knowledge and experience. Ability to maintain web servers and small networks also essential.

Candidates without a minimum PROTECTED security clearance will not be considered.
