This growth means they are now looking to recruit Mid Level (ie 12m+ relevant commercial experience) Java Developers to join their team. On a technical level i am looking for fluent front End Java skills with skills in JSF, Spring, Hibernate etc. Any exposure to the Java EE platform would be highly beneficial although full training is available to the right candidates.
You will be responsible for the development & support of my clients application software and be working on high profile, flagship Java EE projects. I am looking for candidates with fluent programming skills & who have experience across the entire SDLC (Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation) and are ambitious, talented & committed to becoming genuine, full life-cycle practitioners. Candidates with enterprise Java experience will be at an advantage. I am looking for candidates with an understanding of multi-tiered architecture, ideally honed in large-scale, corporate environments and experience with SOA.
Oracle skills are also looked on favourably, with server side PL/SQL and SQL being especially useful as would database design and analysis skills. Due to the nature of the work it is required that you are eligible for Security Clearance therefore Australian Citizenship is essential.
