Skills & Experience:
- Business Analysis experience across the full SDLC
- Data analysis experience
- Meeting with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Facilitating and running workshops
- Writing business, functional and technical specifications
- Process mapping and business process reengineering ????? ?????
- Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) experience
- Previous working experience in the government sector
- High attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Certifications or qualifications in Business Analysis is preferred but not essential
