As a senior business analyst in the Portfolio Delivery Section, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Analysis, verification and management of functional business requirements, development of detailed system design specifications and solution prototypes.
• Facilitating the delivery of business system solutions to agreed time, cost and quality requirements and ensuring ????? ????? appropriate policy and guidelines specified within client's Project Management, Systems Development, Solutions Architecture and ICT Service Management frameworks.
• Provide support to meet customer demand for the resolution of incidents, problems, service requests and business improvement initiatives.
• Utilise and promote best practice methodologies for business process analysis, modeling and applications design.

To be successful in this position your skills and experience will focus on the following tasks and outcomes.

• Experience working with business stakeholders to specify system requirements, in design of systems for technical development and implementation of solutions.
• An understanding of structured application lifecycle management.
• Judgment, flexibility, agility, responsiveness and demonstrated high performance in problem solving and an ability to work effectively as part of a small team to achieve positive outcomes for business customers
