Development & documentation of bandwidth database requirements Document bandwidth processes using flow-charts and process documentation Demonstrated experience in the analysis and design of IT applications in a large organisation. Demonstrated experience in writing Business Requirements and System Specification documents An accounting/telecommunication background would be an advantage.
