Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, this role will provide technical application and business analysis support for our client’s corporate systems and act as an analyst to application users and provide analytical support, corporate application administration, process improvements and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide second level application support for our client’s corporate systems
• Provide analysis and support to users in relation to corporate systems and technical issues
• Apply database administration procedures when required
• Ensure availability of computer systems is maintained
• Analyse and develop software requirements
• Test programs to eliminate errors to ensure that programs meet user requirements
• Ensure data integrity by implementing a rigorous quality management system; including a change management process to manage index and workflow changes
• Maintain adequate security over applications and system software

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Tertiary qualification in Business Information Systems or similar
• Experience in SQL for the extraction of information held within computer systems
• Some knowledge of SQL Server (2005 and 2008)
• Experience in administration of Technology One products including ECM, P&R and Finance One.
• Demonstrated experience in the support and operation of applications systems
• Ability and willingness to work after hours/weekends and on call ????? ?????
