ICT Software Licence Compliance Manager Challenging and dynamic environment Lead our software licence compliance management program Job No.: IJE(??) ???? ???? Division: Organisational Services Salary: AUD 75,589 - 84,049 (plus 14% superannuation) Work type: Permanent full-time Closing: 8 February 2012 You will have the opportunity to be actively involved in change and demonstrate your leadership skills within this challenging and dynamic environment. In this role you will lead Brisbane City Council's Software Licence Compliance Management Program. You will ensure that Council remains software licence compliant across the organisation. You will also utilise good practice asset governance processes to ensure Council's software licence assets are effectively managed over their lifecycle. This will include: managing a process framework, including preparing ????? ????? software compliance providing expert advice in the drafting and interpretation of Software Licence Agreements management of a corporate education program promoting compliance project management of initiatives associated with improving software licence compliance management management of software licence compliance and media holdings to enhance optimisation of licence aggregation opportunities. To be successful in this role you will have expert knowledge and experience in software licence compliance management. You will have: expert knowledge and experience in ICT asset management concepts and principles including sound understanding of inventory and asset management proven ability in adopting a strategic, proactive stance towards software licence compliance management issues tactical and operational delivery skills demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate adherence to corporate guidelines and processes.
