SAP Systems Analyst - Functional Support

Our client is a well known organisation located in Eight Mile Plains. They are currently sourcing a SAP FI-CA and/ FI-CO Systems Analyst to work with the user group to define business needs and interpret requests into system solutions as well as provide support for current solutions. Configure and implement SAP functionality to support business initiatives through the software life-cycle, including implementation, configuration, development, post go-live support and training.

Essential skills include;

• At least 5 years providing functional support, configuration and development of SAP Contract Accounts Receivables and Payables (FI-CA) or equivalent experience in support of SAP Financials in relation to customer billing, invoicing and credit management.
• Demonstrated experience in providing functional support in at least two other SAP ERP modules (example - sales and distribution or materials management)
• Demonstrated experience with configuration and documentation of SAP system changes.
• Prior experience with developing training documentation or work instructions for system changes.
• At least 2 years experience with ABAP development, implementation, review and maintenance of custom programs.
• Expert experience in developing functional and technical specifications.
• Expert experience with unit testing and system integration testing.
• Very well developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and personal organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• An understanding of business systems processes and applications used in a high transaction volume, services based environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems implementations related to invoicing, billing and credit management.

Desirable skills include;

• Exposure to SAP Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse.
• Exposure to SAP Customer Relationship Management integrated with SAP ERP.
• Strong knowledge of debt collection processes
