This established Program of Work is currently sourcing a further Business Analyst who will be responsible for using their business analytical skills to deliver efficient, high quality outcomes, with a particular focus on process analysis. This role will specifically involve designing new or existing processes, documenting metrics and accountabilities, focusing on helping to build processes which span multiple business units.

Roles and responsibilities include;

• Review of existing processes, creation of new processes, documenting metrics and accountabilities, understanding data flows, and ensuring ????? ????? interfaces to other processes are captured.
• Focus on helping to build compliant processes over multiple business units throughout
• Drive the implementation of improvements or changes to business rules/procedures/information according to the scope agreed with stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to the development of continuous improvement solutions, support processes and methodologies by providing advise and guidance or development depending on the agreed business requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Compliance with all relevant Legislation, policies, procedures and practices as varied from time to time.

Candiates must have a strong skill set in facilitation to capture and decipher requirements. They will also ideally have experience in the development of training, however this not essential.
