Ericsson Field and Engineering ????? ????? (EFES) delivers end to end rollout of major telecommunication projects and provides ongoing managed services to a wide variety of carriers.

Due to a recent restructure we have an exciting opportunity for two FieldOperations Support Officersto form ourQueensland State Team.Reporting to the EFES State Manager you will be responsible for the coordination and dispatch of work orders to the Field Technician team, in support of telecommunications network installations, upgrades and Operations & Maintenance activities. Other key competencies of the role include:

• Ensuring ????? ????? are completed and / or escalated as necessary to meet the
• Coordinating scheduled or planned maintenance activities
• Interfacing between the Field Maintenance teams and the Network Operations Centre, Network Roll Out group or any other support teams
• Arranging site access on behalf of the Field Maintenance teams
• Completing regular and periodic operations performance reports
• Developing and improving the "dispatching algorithm" to achieve desired targets for automatic dispatch and work order assignments.
• Ensuring ????? ????? Field Technician skills matrix is updated for each Field Technician
• Organising spares, tools and consumables management.
• Updating and managing relevant databases.

To be considered for this position, you will be highly organized, assertive focused and the ability to be self sufficient. Strong communication skills are essential. Other requirements include:

• Experienced in a technical environment such as call ????? ?????, help desks, work programming
• Understanding of business and/or process analysis
• Proven ability to coordinate remote work forces
• Involvement in project or operations management
