This leading organisation within the energy sector is well renowned throughout Australia. Currently they have a number of initiatives underway focusing on their business and IT systems. Initial investigatory work has shown there are some gaps in their documentation resulting in the requirement for a senior technical writer to help create a range of documentation.

The role of Senior Technical Writer will be involve creating operating documents, procedures, manuals, templates and other similar training materials. As part of this role the technical writer will have the opportunity to work closely with engineers and key staff to gather key necessary information.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in creating training materials and core templates. You will have a working knowledge of various interfaces including but not limited to document control and operations readiness. Previous experience working within a similar industry is not prerequisite but will be of advantage.
